Dalian Rubber&Plastics Machinery Co., Ltd. (shortened as DXS) is one of the enterprises with the longest history and the strongest research and manufacturing capacity in China's rubber and plastics machinery industry, and is known as China's "cradle of rubber and plastics machinery". We mainly provides large high-end equipment, engineering general contracting services and full life cycle intelligent service solutions for the automotive industry, petrochemical industry, agriculture, military industry, environmental protection, aerospace, new materials and other fields, forming six business divisions of rubber machinery, petrochemical equipment, stretch film equipment, blown film equipment, special equipment, core parts and the extension of the "equipment+products" advantageous industrial chain. We started from Dalian Railway Engineering Institute, which was established in 1907, and merged into Dalian Heavy Industry Equipment Group Co., Ltd. for the unified management in 2022.

At present, we have two domestic research and manufacture bases, two overseas research and manufacture bases, and two technical service companies, with international product R&D, manufacturing, marketing and service capabilities. We have completed more than 20 key tasks of national major technical equipment, created over 100 "China's First", and solved a number of national "bottleneck projects", "national heavy weapons" and other difficulties. Focusing on the technical innovation goal of "energy conservation, environmental protection, high efficiency and intelligence", we independently developed the first set of steel cord and textile calender in China, the largest intermeshing mixer (580lt) and tangential mixer (650lt) in China, the large high-efficiency tandem mixer and other equipment, have reached the domestic and international leading level. The intelligent mode of rubber mixing is an injection of "intelligent factor" into traditional rubber and plastics machinery.
